MAiDENii DRY WHITE

The aromatic Maidenii Dry White is a multi-vintage blend of Viognier, Semillon and Riesling from Central Victoria. The Viognier and Semillon were matured in Maidenii Dry Vermouth barrels for a year, then freshened up with a touch of new-vintage Riesling. An extra-dry answer to an aperitif wine, crafted without additions and minimal sulfites. Serve chilled in a wine glass.

We are using the Maidenii Classic vermouth, reinforced in strawberrygum and blended with our own tonic water, using no added sugar.

The Maidenii Classic was aged for 7 years in a French oak barrel and bottled unfiltered.

Heathcote nebbiolo fermented in nocturne barrels, botled Ancestrale and dosage with botanicals.

The aromatic Maidenii made following the WHO recommended hand rub formulation with a selection of Maidenii botanicals, in particular pergolanium rosa foraged in Castlemaine.
